Let us know why your student is absent. We can only excuse absences if you provide us with a reason.

 

***If your student has a fever or has been vomiting, they need to be fever free/no vomiting for 24 hours without medication before returning to school.

Elementary Planned Absence Form

We use Extended Absence forms for all planned absences that are 3 days or more. This form can be found Here-Elementary Planned Absence Form and is also available in our office. Please complete and submit this form at least a week in advance to allow time for it to be processed.
