Special Recognition at 6 pm and Board Meeting at 6:30 pm on September 24

The Olympia School District Board of Directors has scheduled a special recognition for an Extended Graduation Ceremony at 6 pm and a board meeting at 6:30 pm on Thursday, September 24, 2026 livestream and in-person in the Boardroom.Building hours are from 8 am-4:30 pm Monday-Friday. Doors will reopen at 5:50 pm for the special recognition scheduled to start at 6 pm.

The Olympia School District Board of Directors welcomes your interest in our school district. The public is encouraged to attend school board meetings, and time is set aside for public comment. 

The Superintendent’s Office will accept sign-ups for the public comment list from 9 am on the Monday before the board meeting until 4 pm on the Wednesday before the board meeting.  Sign-ups to comment in-person or via Zoom will only be accepted through this sign-up process.

The final list of public comment participants will be posted the evening before the meeting in BoardDocs on the specific meeting page in the “Opening” category under the Public Comment section.
