Spanish at Lincoln

The Spanish Committee formed in 1999 with interest in providing an opportunity for children at Lincoln to appreciate the language, begin to learn sounds and phrases and get exposure to different cultures. The first three years, families and volunteers in our community provided Spanish language in all classes from K to 5th grade. Each year after that, the Options Community Council has funded teachers from Peru, Mexico and Spain.
